Terms of service

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Eger Family Properties resident portal at rentals.deger.io. By signing in, you agree to them. Your lease is the agreement that governs your tenancy. If these terms and your lease ever disagree, your lease wins.

Who can use the portal

The portal is for current and former residents of Eger Family Properties and the people named on their leases, aged 18 or older. You sign in with a Google, Microsoft, or Facebook account that uses the email we have on file for you. Keep that account secure. Anything done after signing in with it is treated as done by you. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

What you can do here

Paying online

Signing documents electronically

When you sign a lease, renewal, or other document in the portal by typing your name, you agree that it is your legal signature and has the same effect as signing on paper. We record the date, time, your IP address, and your browser with each signature. You can ask for a paper copy of anything you sign, at no charge, and you may choose to sign on paper instead by contacting us.

Repair requests

Ask for repairs by contacting us as your lease describes. For emergencies such as fire, gas leaks, flooding, or anything threatening safety, call 911 first, then call us.

Using the portal fairly

Don't try to see other residents' information, interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend portal access if it is misused. Losing portal access does not end your lease, and you can always pay by check or as your lease allows.

Availability

We try to keep the portal working, but it may sometimes be unavailable. If it is, rent is still due on time: pay by check or another way your lease allows, or contact us. The portal is provided as it is, without promises beyond those in your lease and the law.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses caused by outages, your bank, Stripe, or the company you sign in with. Nothing here limits rights you have under your lease or Arizona landlord and tenant law.

Your information

How we collect, use, and delete your information is in our privacy policy and data deletion instructions.

Changes

If we change these terms we'll update the date above and email current residents. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept it.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. Questions: domnick.eger@gmail.com.
